Please read these terms carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any concerns or do not agree, please contact us before proceeding. We may update these terms periodically, so please review them before making a new booking.
1.1 The total cost of your booking, including any extras and delivery, will be shown during the online booking process. Select “Check Availability” to confirm your booking.
1.2 A £50 deposit and £100 delivery fee (for bookings beyond 25 miles radius) is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total cost.
1.3 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your event.
2.1 Deposits are non-refundable a week after booking.
2.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a 70% charge of the total booking cost.
2.3 Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be charged in full.3.1. The hire time does not include the setup and teardown of the booth and equipment. Your booked time is for full use of the booth
3.2. Setup and teardown will typically take up to 45 minutes on either side of the booking. Additional time may be required for packages with special effects.
3.3. Idle hours can be arranged if early setup is required, with the booth made available for use after testing.
3.4. If the event location is not on ground level and lacks lift access, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance.
4. 360 BOOTH USE4.1. Only a trained attendant provided by us will operate the 360 booth during your event.
4.2. Guests are not permitted to operate the booth at any time.
4.3. The attendant will guide guests on proper and secure use of the booth.
4.4. Guests must follow the attendant’s instructions at all times. The client will be held responsible for any damages to the 360 Selfie Booth or other equipment resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
